Roberta Perry has been a member of Toastmasters International for over 30 years. She began her career in Seattle, Washington and kept moving south to San Francisco and then on to Los Angeles. She is the past District One Governor 1988-89; has been awarded the Roy D. Graham Lifetime Achievement Award from District One; received an International Presidents Citation; won the District One International Speech Contest in 1990 and District 52 Evaluation contest in 2006. She has remained active in District One and in District 52 where she is co-founder of her home club Renaissance Speakers. She has been involved with forming over 50 clubs in her Toastmasters career!
