Speaking tip:

"Practicing and Drilling:

Drill your speech like you will give it.
Drill your speech 'to' something, not 'in your head.'
Do not stop and correct yourself, roll through your mistakes.
Pick the number of times you will drill and then drill that number of times.
Don't try to be perfect, drill to be real and effective.
Drill different ways, fast, slow, loud, soft, etc., so you have a free range to express yourself.
